I.Installation process:
When installing the saw blade, make sure that the direction of the arrow marked on the saw blade is exactly the same as the circular cutting direction of the saw machine.
【Precautions】
1. When installing the flange, be sure to keep it tightly buckled with the saw blade. After the screw cap is tightened, please confirm that the end jump of the saw blade is at a normal level by hand or with an end jump detector.
2. In order to save the time and economic cost of using refractory bricks for diamond opening, the saw blades provided by Yintian have been diamond opened before leaving the factory, and workers do not need to sharpen and diamond open the blades with refractory bricks before the saw blades are put on the machine.
II.Cutting process:
1.Before the saw blade enters and cuts the stone, please adjust the cutting gear to a very good level, and let the saw blade idle for 1-2 minutes. If the thickness of the cut stone is greater than 3 cm, the idle time should be adjusted to 3-4 minutes in due course. This cuts better.
2.Please align the nozzle of the cutting machine with the cut of the saw blade and the stone.
3.In the first 50 meters of the saw blade cutting stone, please keep the cutting speed of the saw blade within 60% of the maximum speed of cutting the cross bridge. After the saw blade cuts 50m into the stone, the diamond particles are fully exposed, and the cutting speed of the saw blade can be adjusted to the upper level.
The hardness is medium to soft, the quartz density is high, and the particles are fine; The hardness is medium to hard, the quartz particles are big. The hardness is medium to soft, and the property is brittle; For large slab trimming, the cutting depth is generally 35mm.

【Precautions】
1. This saw blade is specially developed for infrared bridge cutting machine. If the bridge cutting machine is a constant speed cutting machine, it is recommended to use it on a cutting machine with a speed between 1600-2200r/min. If the bridge cutting machine has a variable speed, the speed of the cutting machine is in a corresponding relationship with the corresponding cross-bridge cutting speed. For example, the cross bridge cutting speed range corresponding to 1400r/min-2500r/min is 4.5m/min-9m/min. 
2. Before changing the saw blade each time, please check the water cooling system of the cutting machine carefully to ensure that there is no foreign matter in the water pipe, and regularly disassemble and dredge the water hose to ensure that the water output rate during cutting is not lower than 18 liters per minute.
3. When cutting brittle and fragile stone types such as Namibian Louis King, or cutting hard and difficult-to-cut stone types such as Shidaohong, electrolytic board, etc., please reduce the cutting speed appropriately. Or step on the stone with your feet, press the stone with your hands, or press the stone with an appropriate weight during the cutting process. These methods can prevent edge collapse and corner drop caused by the sliding of the stone. When cutting ordinary boards, the sharpness of the saw blade is sufficient to compensate for the negative factors caused by the slight sliding of the stone, so there is no need to use these auxiliary cutting methods.
