Many stone processing factory bosses have encountered such questions after the delivery is completed: why is the plate of this batch not neat in the previous batch? This is a very common phenomenon in the stone industry. Why is the diamond saw blade like this? It is mainly caused by the following problems.

1. Saw blade idling: Especially when the new substrate is used for the first time, it needs to be idling for about 10-20 minutes, and it needs to be idling with water in the high temperature season in summer, whose purpose is to further clean the influence of the welding head on the substrate and to enhance the memory of the saw blade to maintain the inherent quality under high-speed rotation.

The blocks should be located in the symmetrical position of the workbench in order to ensure the stability of the work trolley and the blocks to avoid shake.

3. Adjust the travel switch according to the length, width and height of the block, so that the lift of the saw blade and the travel of the feeder are within a reliable and effective range. Before sawing, the blade edge of the saw blade should be 10-20mm high from the block. After sawing, the saw edge should be left 20-40mm from the bottom of the block. Before the saw blade moves left and right, the saw blade should be completely withdrawn from the block saw edge, and the distance should not be less than 150-200mm to prevent the saw blade from hitting the blank. material.

4. Trial cutting can be carried out after the saw blade is idling and stable. It is not allowed to start the saw blade when the blade edge of the saw blade is in contact with the block material. It is not allowed to stop the rotation of the saw blade during cutting. It must exit the saw edge before stopping.

5. If you find that the block is shaking during cutting, you should stop cutting immediately. You can continue to work after the block is fixed firmly. During cutting, it is not allowed to move the block arbitrarily.

6. When cutting, it is found that the saw blade decelerates or even clamps the blade, which may be due to belt slippage, loosening of the compression nut, too much depth of the knife and too fast speed of the knife. It should be adjusted in time.

7. The line speed should be adapted to the hardness and wear resistance of the processed stone. Due to the wide variety of granite, the corresponding hardness will also be different. If the stone in a certain order is soft, you should inform your saw blade supplier that you are cutting According to the type of stone, let them provide the corresponding wear-resistant saw blade. On the contrary, if it is hard granite, you need a sharp cutting blade. And if you cut a wide variety of stones, you need a saw blade that corresponds to universality (hint: if the line speed is not high, increasing the cutting efficiency will reduce the life of the saw blade.)

8. The feed speed mainly depends on the performance of the material to be processed. For each material, when the depth of cut is certain, there is a certain range of feeding speed. If the speed is too high, the diamond will wear faster or even fall off, resulting in saw blade consumption. But the speed is too low, the self-sharpening process of the saw blade will not be carried out normally, and the cutting ability will be lost because of "blunting and slipping". In general, the feed speed should be slow when first cutting, and should be uniform when stable sawing. For common typical materials, when the depth of cut is 20mm, the following feed speed table is recommended for your reference. When the thickness changes, the cutting speed can be adjusted. Convert according to the cutting area (㎡/min). (Hint: The first pass or the first three walks of each board should be halved.)

9. The cutting depth can be cut through at one time for medium hardness stone such as marble and limestone. For hard stone and high abrasiveness such as granite and sandstone, it should be cut in steps. For the single-chip saw cuts granite, the cutting depth is generally 10-20mm, the cutting depth of the marble cutting knife is 50-100mm. For the double-sided cutting of hard granite is 3-5mm, which should be determined according to the hardness of the stone, the saw blade and the performance of the saw machine.

10. The rotation direction of the saw blade is the same as the feeding direction of the stone, which is forward cutting, otherwise it is reverse cutting. During reverse cutting, there is an upward vertical component force, which forms a potential to lift the stone. Therefore, in order to stabilize the stone, under the same conditions, diamond saw blade should try to use the cut. When using reverse cutting, the cutting depth should be reduced, generally reduced to 1/3-1/2 of the forward cutting.

Apart from these ingredients, the quality of the granite saw blade itself is also inseparable from the effect of the stone after cutting. Different stone materials need to be matched with different saw blade products. Linxing Diamond Tools Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of stone cutting blades.
