2: Uneven mixing of the segment: In the initial mixing process, the mixing time of the segment is too short, resulting in uneven mixing. 4: The sintering temperature or pressure is too high: excessive sintering of diamond agglomerates will lead to excessive carbonization of the diamond, thereby weakening the cutting ability, and the metal bond will also form a denser structure due to excessive high pressure, which is not easy to consume, resulting in a tool tip After the diamond is worn out and the carcass is not worn, after the segment becomes blunt, if the cutting speed and plunge speed are still maintained to cut granite, the impact and friction will increase, causing the segment to fall off.
