Features of Fujian and Jiangxi diamond segment

Fujian: The segment manufacturers are concentrated in the Quanzhou area, which benefits from the development of the stone industry in Shuitou Town, Quanzhou City and the development of Xiamen port resources. Since the 1980s, the two towns of Guanqiao and Shijing near Shuitou in Nan'an City have developed the stone industry. By the 20th century, it had developed into the largest stone trading market in the country. The diamond segment is the most important consumable in the stone processing industry. At present, there are hundreds of large and small segment manufacturers, concentrated in Shuitou Town, Guanqiao and Shijing Town, and of course there are several larger ones in Quanzhou City.



So what is the difference between the segments in these two regions? Although they belong to the same segment products in China, due to different geographical locations, there are mainly five differences:

1: Fujian's segment focuses on research and development, while Jiangxi's segment pays attention to cost performance. At present, the most typical one is that due to the advantages of coastal areas in business and trade, as well as the high quality of personnel and the abundant talent pool, in terms of research and development, Fujian's segment research and development speed is faster, and more investment in this area. Jiangxi's segment is completely the opposite. Because they are located in the mainland, the awareness of R&D personnel training is weak, and it is difficult for companies to have a large number of R&D personnel. In order to save R&D costs, most Jiangxi enterprises give this part of their profits to customers. Therefore, in terms of overall price, the price of the segment in Fujian is higher than that of the blade in Jiangxi.

2: Fujian segments attach importance to appearance, while Jiangxi segments attach importance to cutting ability. In recent years, due to the spread of packaging culture, many companies have begun to focus on packaging. Especially for some large factories in Fujian, the price of brand packaging and management fees have increased year by year. Jiangxi enterprises pay more attention to the experience of actual customers, and seldom invest in appearance or brand promotion, so there will be situations where the fragrance of wine is also afraid of deep alleys.

3: The use of recycled materials for segments in Fujian has gradually increased, while the recycled materials in Jiangxi are relatively small, and most of them are diamonds purchased from non-big factories. Due to the development of the local segment recycling industry, Fujian segment has more secondary use of diamond powder. Especially in many small workshops in Shuitou, most of the segments that appear are diamond segments produced from secondary recycled materials, and the products are very unstable. However, due to the lack of productivity of the Yellow River Cyclone and Zhongnan Diamond in recent years, some enterprises in Jiangxi have caused the price of diamonds to skyrocket, and they cannot get the goods. Therefore, they may purchase some other diamond manufacturers, and the quality may be unstable. But there are also some diamonds with better quality.



All in all, the overall performance of Fujian diamond segments and Jiangxi diamond segments is not too great, especially for small and medium-sized processing enterprises. When the quality is similar, price and stability are the best choices for customers.
