4: The pressure for the sintering of the segment: The sintering pressure of the segment depends on the required density of the segment. The higher the density requirement, the higher the sintering pressure.

5: Duration of segment sintering and pressure holding: Generally speaking, the sintering time is kept at 8-10 minutes, but the specific time must be determined according to the actual situation.

4. Research and development of automatic production of segment

At present, under the condition that mechanization is slowly mature, the process of automation of diamond segments in the future is not too far away. In particular, the series of processes from stirring to cold pressing, cold pressing to moulding, moulding to hot pressing can be automated. Some manufacturers have already adopted it, and the full automation of segment products will gradually come in the future.
