1: Prepare raw materials. 3: Cold pressing and weighing. Products with serious deviations or obvious defects are trimmed and cold pressed again.

5: Hot pressing and sintering. Put the assembled mold into the sintering machine, adjust the sintering temperature, and the sintering time. Through long-term heat preservation and pressure preservation, the diamond and the matrix binder are fully sintered to form the final product.

6: Cooling and dismantling the mold. The sintered segment is placed at room temperature for cooling. After the mold is completely cooled, the segment can be taken out of the mold. This process is also called mold removal.

7: Post-processing of the segment. The diamond segment comes out of the mold. There are many sharp edges and corners, and some residual metal fragments are attached to the surface of the segment. Through sandblasting and polishing, the surface of the segment presents a smoother and more beautiful appearance.
